The full sandwich construction is the lightest of all constructions. It guarantees absolute stiffness, a maximum durability and a minimum of weight. The thickness of the outer skin measures up to 10mm - we know of no better protection!

DDS-construction
The ON-Boards-top end: DDS - Double Density Sandwich
Our strongest technology - a reliable partner, even in the toughest wave conditions. A full double density Sandwich in the deck and the bottom and extra oversized wood and carbon reinforcements give a maximum durability and in jumps and extreme moves.
Topsheet-construction
Hard as glass: Top Sheet
All ON Kite- and Wakeboards are built using the brand-new Top Sheet technology. Additional to the well known sandwich construction, these boards are topped by an extremely durable thermoplastic skin. It gives the board the look like a "glass board" and at the same time it makes the outer skin of the board super durable and resistant against scratches and impacts. |

Rail2Rail Protection Rail2Rail Protection
ON-Board rails are overlap laminated. This gives the boards excellent protection against rail damage. Impacts caused by hits, falling from the car's roof rack or during transportation will make less damage on the boards rail. There is no weak moulding edge on ON-boards!

On-Boards are reinforced where it counts most, and it is done properly ! Only the best carbon, glass and wood reinforcements are used to build an ON-Board. The combination of these advanced materials gives ON-Boards an optimum weight/durability ratio.

High Polish Rails und
Sanded Bottom
We love it - ON-boards are high finish polished to perfection! Rails like a mirror.
The bottom of the boards is sanded after finish to get the perfect tuned bottom for high speed. The sanded bottom allows the water to built a "adhesive" skin on the boards bottom that reduces the friction resistance of the board and allows to surf faster. |
